JOB OVERVIEW Architectural planning related tasks for all capital projects under the direction of the department head or senior level staff member.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *Provide assistance in evaluating design alternatives. *Demonstrate understanding of architectural planning fundamentals. *Prepare supporting graphics and reports for use in programs and space studies published by the department. *Maintain project tracking reports. *Gather data through site visits for program and studies. *Serve as developing planner. *Perform related duties based on departmental need. REQUIRED EDUCATION *Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning or related field. *Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT *Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
