GCA is looking for a few good attorneys. We (humbly) believe that GCA provides its attorneys with the opportunity to practice in a near perfect environment. Our unique structure offers attorneys the freedom to practice law — not politics. GCA does not have the constraints of traditional firms. We have no hierarchy or associates who must be trained and kept busy. Our attorneys control their own compensation and billing rates, with no minimum billing requirements. Our attorneys build the practice they want, not the empire that others demand. GCA’s economic model does not require partners to have books of business larger than they need to sustain themselves. While our attorneys have the freedom to manage their own practices, we also place a high value on teamwork and collegiality. GCA’s model is flexible, but our quality standards are not. The level of sophistication of our practice is comparable to large Silicon Valley firms. We seek high-quality candidates with at least seven years of experience. We are especially interested in tax and corporate candidates. The GCA model also is ideal for clients — from start-ups to multi-nationals. We provide clients with direct access to the experienced attorneys they retained. Our billing rates reflect our focus on keeping expenses reasonable.
