We are currently looking for an Experienced Matrimonial Legal Secretary. This is for our branch in Chelmsford or Wickford. This is a full-time position, 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate should have a ‘can do’ attitude and have following experience: Legal aid experience and fully competent in the use of CCMS; Bundle preparation – knowledge of Bundledocs is an advantage; and Be fully familiar and experienced with HMCTs portal. They also need to be experienced in both care proceedings and divorce and finances, private children, family law act matters etc. Salary band is dependent on experience. This is full-time position, 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. It is preferred for the successful candidate to have private client experience and again have a ‘can do’ attitude, but all levels of experience will be considered, salary band is dependent on experience.
