Qualification: At least one year of litigation paralegal experience required. Must have basic legal knowledge, including knowledge of standard legal citation system sufficient to perform basic legal research. Should have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications. Knowledge of a variety of local court rules, legal documents, processes, and procedures sufficient to present legal information and facts that are readily verifiable, requiring relatively limited searches of reference, file, or historical material, and involving comparisons of information with explicit criteria.
