GENERAL SUMMARY: The Analytics and Customer Data Analyst is an innovative and data-driven associate that helps to develop and execute the analytics scope for VinceCamuto.com. They analyze and summarize data, develop analytics tools, and collaborate with key internal partners from eCommerce, marketing, merchandising and operations to execute our omni-channel reporting strategy and help drive measurable business outcomes. They will assist in leading the analytical discipline on our growing digital team and help us transform the way our customers buy shoes.
REPORTS TO: VP of DTC
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and present new reporting and analytics dashboards that help create a seamless omni-channel view of brand data and customer database • Develop a POV on brand measurement needs and source to provide solutions • Develop A/B testing roadmap and measurement plans in coordination with digital marketing • Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams on measurement capabilities • Provide performance measurement and actionable insights around digital channel performance • Prepare and present analyses, clearly communicating key takeaways and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with peers to help ensure key KPIs are readily available to help support their channels • Write detailed technical requirements to execute analysis plan, as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS: • Ability to analyze data, interpret and summarize findings into logical and actionable conclusions • Data-driven problem solver with the ability to break down datasets and provide solutions through quantitative thinking and analysis • Ability to handle data in large volumes (data manipulation, data cleansing and matching) • Ability to design and execute analyses using large datasets, online and offline sales data • Must be a team player, exhibiting strong communication skills, positivity and flexibility • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to effectively collaborate with different internal teams and build strong partnerships • Experience in digital UX testing and measurement including experimental test/control design • Hands-on experience using digital measurement and reporting tools like SAS, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe, DSP and CRM systems, etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
EXPERIENCE: • 5 years of relevant experience in an analytics environment • Proven experience extracting, importing, profiling, cleaning, standardization, transforming, converting, warehousing, archiving, and validating large complex sets of data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline
