We are housed in a new facility in the beautiful, suburban setting of Moorestown, New Jersey with easy access to New York and Philadelphia. The successful candidate will have experience in, and be familiar with, the following:
Employee Income Retirement Security Act (ERISA) Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Plan compliance and Trust documents Taft-Hartley Pension and Welfare Funds Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) Plan amendments
