Aramark has received mixed reviews both as an employer and from the end users of its services. On the plus side, the company introduced ''trayless eating'' at several college locations in an attempt to reduce the amount of waste produced on college campuses. At Mile High Stadium in Denver, Aramark operated the first gluten-free concession stand in Major League baseball. It was so popular that they went on to introduce gluten-free options at all 12 major league stadiums serviced by the company. In 2009, Business Week magazine included Aramark on its list of 100 best places to start a career. However the company has been accused of firing workers for reporting unsanitary food conditions and paying substandard wages to its front line employees.
