His performance in the interview will decide whether he will get the job or not. The interviewee has to play safe during the interview to end up successfully. The don'ts of the interview include improper dressing for the job interview, absurd preparation, not on time for the interview, inappropriate body language, poor communication, indulging in loose talk or illegal talk during the interview, talking even before asked for etc. Besides these there are also other don'ts of the job interview.
In today's time no employment is secured, hence anybody who is serious about one's career should always be ready to face the interview, in however good job they might be. Interviews are conducted by the recruiting team within the human resource employment.
