Make sure you already know where the interview is. If not notified in advance what type of clothing should be worn, then use the formal clothes, clean and tidy.

Read again a letter of application, CV, and the interview call letter. Do not forget to bring letters or documents and stationery for the interview.

Prepare yourself to answer the questions the interviewer might ask. You should practice with a partner to anticipate all possible questions that will be thrown by interviewer, so that any questions raised can be answered satisfactorily.

Before leaving for the interview, first pray according to your beliefs. Try to arrive ten minutes early, if forced to be late because there is an interruption in travel, immediately notify the company (the interviewer). But try not to be late, because many companies directly reject if you fail to be in time.

Things to remember during an interview:
  • If you must fill out the form, fill it completely and neatly.
  • Do not sit until you are not asked to.
  • Sit in an upright position.
  • Prepare a cover letter, your CV, and interview call letter.
  • Remember the name of the interviewer.
  • Make eye contact with the interviewer.
  • Keep focus on the questions asked by the interviewer.
  • Show your enthusiasm and interest in the proposed position and the company.
  • Show what you can do for the company rather than what can be provided by the company to you.
  • Explain as many details as possible asked by the interviewer.
  • Add a few questions about the quality of your work and business in general.
  • Talk with enough loud voice such that it is clearly heard by the interviewer.
  • Say thanks to the interviewer for their time and opportunity given to you.
