The Campbell Company's beginnings date back 130 years to the invention of condensed soup. Today the company, which is headquartered in Camden, New Jersey, operates through three primary business divisions: the North American Soup, Sauces, and Beverages Business, the Pepperidge Farm Division, and the International Division.

The North American business employs about 7,000 employees throughout its 11 production facilities in the US and Canada. The division manufactures more than 20 brands, including Campbell's Soups, V8 beverages, and Pace and Prego sauces. North American Foodservices, which was formed in 1965, is also a member of the North American business. North American Foodservices is a healthy food provider for restaurants, schools, colleges, universities, health care facilities, convenience stores, delis, and vending outlets.




The Pepperidge Farm division employs an estimated 5,000 employees and more than 3,500 independent distributors throughout its nine US distribution sites. The division makes and markets bakery products, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods.

Campbell's International division boasts 6,000 employees throughout its 12 production facilities in 16 countries. The division produces more than 200 soup, sauce, beverage, and baked snack food brands in Europe, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific area.

This position is responsible for the management of the plant's competitive edge through the use of technology. The engineering manager is expected to connect with other divisions and departments to ensure the appropriate and efficient use of business technology.

The company is also seeking a manager of quality assurance at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin spice plant. The manager of quality is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality of the food at the plant, as specified by the Campbell Company as well as international and domestic regulatory agencies.
