Getting interviewed is an Art

 Dated: 01-08-2010

It has more communication from the employer's side or the interviewer's side. The interviewer asks the interviewee the required questions to measure his capabilities and strengths to perform the job. The interview answers his questions according to his qualifications and knowledge. The interviewee is asked to remain silent all through the interview and talk only when he is asked for. The interviewee is expected to be a good listener and a good speaker as well.

When the interviewer speaks the interviewee should be a patient listener. He should try to understand what the interviewer is speaking and asking. If he listens well then he can answer appropriately and accurately. When the interviewer asks the interviewee to speak then he should speak skillfully. The interviewee's communication skills are very much noticed when he talks along with the body language. The interviewer judges the speaking and listening skills of the interviewee through the conversation. The employer and thejob candidate can interview well when they both get comfortable with each other. The interview is basically a formal conversation but it should be comfortable and clear enough to make the interview well for both the parties.
